Police are investigating following a fatal crash in the state's Central West.
About 12.40pm (Sunday 5 December 2021), emergency services were called to bushland near the intersection of Ogunbil and Nowendoc Roads, Ogunbil. about 40km south-east of Tamworth, following reports a motorcycle had run off the road.
Officers from Oxley Police District and NSW Ambulance paramedics attended a short time later and located a 49-year-old man deceased at the scene.
Police established a crime scene and commenced inquiries into the incident.
The rider is yet to be formally identified.
A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
