These school holidays there's plenty of ways to have fun in Ipswich...
Science-themed activities are being held in Ipswich Central. On April 7 The Magical World of Crazy Science is being held at the Ipswich Civic Centre. The show is a mix of science, magic and the arts. From 8 April to 12 April kids can join the Science Squad in Tulmur Place. There will be fire and ice shows, clouds, coloured fire and more in stage shows. And there will also be hands-on experiments where kids can make snow, a lava lamp or slime).
On all holidays is Pattern Play at the Ipswich Art Gallery. Kids can discover the magic of shape and design, through engaging hands-on activities.
There will be a junior production of The Big One-Oh! Kids from Fusion Arts Inc will take to the stage on Wednesday 3 April and Thursday 4 April.
Attend the Easter races. A free family race day event will be held at the Ipswich Turf Club on Easter Monday. There will be an animal farm and egg hunt for the kids.
A family fun day will be held at Limelight Cinemas Ipswich to celebrate the release of Kung Fu Panda 4 on Sunday 24 March.
Meet the bunnies at The Llama Farm over the school break on the weekend farm tours or during the little llama farmer day.
Pet and feed the animals at Ewe Nique Hobby Farm, they will be open over Easter (except Good Friday) and there will be easter eggs for the kids.
Bring the kids to a Pioneer Family Fun Day and Bush Poets breakfast on Sunday 14 April. There will be magic shows, games and activities for the kids.
