Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Jake Kendall.
The 30-year-old man of no fixed address is wanted on warrant in relation to car theft and dangerous driving offences, as well as failing to appear in court.
He is known to frequent the Cranbourne area.
Kendall is Caucasian, of medium build with short hair.
Investigators have released an image of Kendall in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
