Please be aware Jamberoo Mountain Road is not designed for heavy vehicles.
The extended closure of Macquarie Pass and Easter holidays have seen a significant increase in traffic up and down Jamberoo Mountain.
While light vehicles can safely use this road, heavy vehicles must use Picton Rd as a detour.
NSW Police is monitoring Jamberoo Mountain Road to ensure drivers are complying with these directions.
