Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Jaymes Coombe.
The 22-year-old is wanted on warrant for theft related matters.
Coombe is known to frequent the Collingwood, Wallan and Footscray areas.
Investigators have released an image of Coombe in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
