Jindowie Coastal Lots Released to Boost Housing Supply

  • Stage 26 in Jindowie Estate releases 56 new lots in three tranches
  • Lot sizes range from 225sqm to 607sqm, catering to a variety of buyer types

As part of the Cook Labor Government's ongoing efforts to increase residential land supply across the State, fifty-six new lots have been released at Jindowie Estate in Yanchep in a boost to affordable housing supply in Perth's northern suburbs.

Today's release is the first 18 of 56 lots at Stage 26 of Jindowie Estate, a vibrant coastal community in Yanchep. Six of the 56 lots are allocated to social housing.

The average lot size for this release is 390 square metres, with lots priced between $252,000 and $373,000. All buyers will receive a $6,000 fencing and landscaping rebate.

Jindowie Estate offers a coastal lifestyle, just minutes from Yanchep Lagoon, while also being close to retail and commercial hubs.

"Our Government is doing everything we can to bolster the long-term housing supply in Western Australia, including through making new affordable land available on the market.

"The release of these lots provides more affordable land in Western Australia's northern suburbs to boost housing supply, with six of the 56 lots allocated to deliver more social housing.

"Yanchep is an active and expanding community, and these newly available lots will provide affordable coastal living while ensuring residents have convenient access to major employment hubs, including Joondalup and the Perth CBD via the METRONET Yanchep Rail Extension."
