We are seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and interested individuals to be considered for appointment to our Community Grants Assessment Panel.
We offer a range of grants for our community to help turn ideas into reality. Our grants support projects, programs, activities, and events that respond to a need and will improve the health, wellbeing and capacity of our community.

Position Details | Read and review grant applications and make funding recommendations to the City of Greater Geelong Council. |
Remuneration | This is a voluntary role. |
Usual work location | At home, on-line and at City of Greater Geelong, Wurriki Nyal, 137-149 Mercer Street, Geelong VIC 3220. |
Tenure | Three-year appointment commencing September 2023. |
Availability | Grant assessors are required in September and October. |
Time commitment | Reading: will vary depending on volume but assessors can expect to read 40 to 80 applications, once per year. Panel meeting: 2-4 hours once per year. |
Conflict of Interest | Members of the Community Assessment Panel cannot apply for a City of Greater Geelong grant. |
