Join Work-Related Fatalities Committee Nomination

Have you been directly impacted by a work-related fatality or serious injury? Do you think you may be ready to be a force for positive change? You're invited to consider applying to become a member of the Consultative Committee.

The Office of Industrial Relations is currently seeking applications for membership of the new term of the Consultative Committee for Work-Related Fatalities and Serious Incidents (Consultative Committee).

The Consultative Committee ensures the needs of families and seriously injured workers affected by work-related incidents are at the forefront of how government responds to the people directly impacted.

As a Consultative Committee member, you play a pivotal role in providing advice and making recommendations about the information and support needs of affected people.

We invite you to consider applying to become a member of the Consultative Committee for Work-Related Fatalities and Serious Incidents where you have the chance to be part of a pioneering initiative, contributing to how government responds to the needs of people and families impacted by a work-related fatality or serious injury.

We encourage people from all backgrounds located across Queensland, including culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, to consider applying for membership appointment.

Applications can be submitted online and close Friday 6 December 2024.
