Homicide Squad detectives have arrested Joshua Hocking and Kayla Collins following the death of a man in Whittington last week.
The 35-year-old Connewarre man and his 34-year-old partner were arrested in Shepherdson Avenue in Corio about 11.20 this morning.
The arrest follows a public appeal by police last week as part of the ongoing investigation into the death of a 47-year-old Whittington man on 14 October.
The pair remain in custody and the investigation remains ongoing.
