As part of the Cook Labor Government's efforts to boost industrial land supply, businesses looking to establish or expand in the Jurien Bay region now have the opportunity to secure industrial land in the Coalseam Drive Light Industrial Area.
Located just two kilometres north of the Jurien Bay townsite off Indian Ocean Drive, the lots, which range in size from 1,145 square metres to 2,741 square metres, are fully serviced with reticulated water, sewer, NBN, and 3-phase, kilovolt-amps per hectareunderground power. Titles are expected by March 2025.
DevelopmentWA is inviting offers for the purchase of Lots 1 to 6 and Lots 17 to 21. The project, delivered by Cook Labor Government funding through the Regional Development Assistance Program (RDAP), supports regional economic growth in regional communities.
