New opportunities to build in the growing regional hub of Karratha are now available, with the release of a range of residential and commercial lots in the Pilbara city.
Ten large homesites at the award-winning Baynton West residential estate are being offered for sale, marking the final release of land in the popular 93 hectare community.
The lots, sized from 705 square metres up to 955sqm, will address buyer demand in the local market for larger homesites.
Located just minutes from the Karratha town centre, with views of the Karratha hills, Baynton West will ultimately deliver more than 1,100 homes and features parks, recreational facilities and a primary school.
At the nearby Tambrey Neighbourhood Centre, expressions of interest will soon be sought from developers for two commercial sites at the emerging mixed-use precinct.
The 4,000sqm Lot 102 and 3,112sqm Lot 108 are zoned Town Centre, with the Expressions of Interest scheduled for mid-August.
Located just four kilometres from the revitalised Karratha City Centre, the Tambrey Neighbourhood Centre has been planned to provide new retail and residential opportunities to complement the services and infrastructure of the City Centre.
Two lots at the Tambrey Neighbourhood Centre were sold by a Request for Proposal process in 2021 to buyers in the health and childcare industries.
