Narrogin Detectives have charged a 27-year-old as a result of their investigation into the indecent assault of a young girl in Katanning yesterday, Wednesday 30 November 2022.
It will be alleged between 12.00am and 12.30am, the man entered a home on Amherst Street where he indecently dealt with a young girl who was asleep in the home. It will be further alleged he rummaged through several rooms in the home, stealing various items.
The 27-year-old man from Katanning has been charged with:-
• Four counts of Indecent Dealings with Child under 13 Years;
• One count of Aggravated Burglary and Commit;
• One count of Steal Motor Vehicle; and
• One count of Stealing.
He is due to appear before the Albany Magistrates Court today, 1 December 2022.
