Boroondara Police are appealing for assistance from the public as they continue to investigate a road rage incident and criminal damage which occurred in Kew last month.
Investigators have been told the victim was driving their Volkswagen Golf along Cotham Road about 12.15pm on 18 November.
The driver sounded their horn at a rider on an e-scooter in the middle of the road.
It is alleged the rider got off the scooter and smashed the windscreen and side mirror of the Volkswagen.
He then got back onto the scooter and left the scene.
Investigators have released CCTV and images of a man they believe may be able to assist with their enquires.
