With Australia's retirement living villages sitting at over 90 per cent occupancy, it's important village owners and operators continue to reinvest in and expand on their existing stock of residences.
In the ACT, Keyton has extensive waitlists for its three properties. To help meet this demand, its The Grove, Ngunnawal community is being extended with 45 brand new single level two- and three-bedroom villas.
Keyton will also restore and repurpose original elements of the historical Gold Creek Homestead, converting it into a multi-purpose space with an arts and craft studio amongst its extensive grounds.
The extension will see the village grow from its current 161 to a 206 villas precinct including a co-located 124-bed aged care facility to be delivered by Arcare aged care.

"Importantly, it adds much needed retirement living capacity to the nation's capital at a time when there are already extensive waitlists for Keyton properties in the region."
Part of the ACT district of Gungahlin, The Grove sits in suburban Ngunnawal, offering stylish, contemporary living mixed with state-of-the-art facilities including a clubhouse featuring an indoor heated pool, modern gymand onsite hairdresser.
