KI Climbs in Times Higher Education Subject Rankings

Times Higher Education in the UK has published its World University Rankings by Subject 2025. The ranking is based on both hard data and reputation surveys. KI improves its position in several categories.

For the second year in a row, KI improves its ranking in the subject 'Medical and Health' (formerly Clinical and Health) to 13th in the world, from 16th a year ago and 19th the year before.

In Psychology, KI moves to 29th place, from 30th place in last year's ranking. For Life Sciences, the ranking remains unchanged at 31st.

A leading university

In Europe, KI continues to be ranked 6th in Medical and Health and 8th in both Psychology and Life Sciences. These rankings are stable since last year's subject ranking for Europe.

In autumn 2024, the overall list was published regardless of subject area, where KI holds 49th place in the world.
