The two business schools signed a Memorandum of Understanding, committing themselves to explore opportunities for cultural interchange, scholarly collaboration and other forms of academic cooperation.

In particular, it is hoped that the partnership will foster international educational programs such as dual degree and student exchange programmes and joint academic trips.

The signing took place as part of a three day programme on innovation taught by King's Business School staff to students on Yonsei's Executive MBA programme. The teaching includes a visit to logistics company Wincanton's innovation centre in Northamptonshire and forms part of the Executive MBA global immersion trip.

Professor Seongmoon Kim, Dean of Yonsei School of Business signed the Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of Yonsei University, and Professor Giana M Eckhardt, Vice Dean Executive Education and External Engagement, signed on behalf of King's Business School.

Yonsei School of Business is one of Asia's leading business schools and shares our emphasis on offering students a global perspective and instilling the lessons of responsible leadership. Through our partnership with them, we are looking forward to offering our students and researchers an insight into Korea's approach to high tech industries, innovation and trade.

This partnership marks a significant milestone for Yonsei School of Business, as it is the first collaboration with a UK-based institution, further expanding our global network. With the increasing popularity of K-pop, K-food, and other aspects of Korean culture, there is a growing demand for exchange students and short-term programs in Korea. By choosing Yonsei School of Business, which ranks first in 'QS Business & Management' in Korea, students can be assured of a highly rewarding and fulfilling experience.
