Researchers now have access to the Centre for Ecology & Evolution, a network of scientists looking to foster research collaboration in these fields.
King's has joined ten other institutions across London, which form the Centre for Ecology & Evolution. As part of its responsibilities, King's will be involved in the committee and hosting centre events. This includes the Autumn Symposium and mixer, due to be hosted at King's later this year.

The Centre for Ecology & Evolution is a non-profit initiative set up to bring together people studying these subjects, to network and share ideas. It is open to higher education, charity and research organisations within the London area.
It runs a series of events hosted at partner institutions, including Darwin's Birthday Party Debate, Huxley memorial lecture, Wallmas and two annual symposia on specific topics in ecology and evolution.
Other members include University College London (UCL), the Institute of Zoology (Zoological Society of London), Natural History Museum, Imperial College, Queen Mary, Royal Holloway, Royal Veterinary College, Linnean Society, Royal Botanical Gardens, Kew, the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and University of Roehampton.
