Albany Detectives have charged three men in relation to an altercation that occurred in the parking area of a service station located on Albany Highway in Kojonup on Friday, 31 July 2020.
About 5.55pm, a 42-year-old man had parked his vehicle and trailer at the service station when a blue Ford Flacon sedan with four occupants pulled up to the next bowser.
It is alleged an altercation occurred between the 42-year-old victim and three men from the Ford Falcon and during the altercation the victim was punched several times.
It is further alleged an item was taken from the victim's vehicle.
A 23-year-old man from Kojonup has been charged with Acts or Omissions Causing Bodily Harm and is next due to appear before the Perth Magistrate's Court on 7 August 2020.
A 31-year-old man from Kojonup and a 34-year-old man from Derby have both been charged with Stealing and are due to appear before Albany Magistrates Court on 13 August 2020.
Inquiries are continuing and Albany Detectives would like to anyone who was at the service station at the time or has not yet spoken to police.
