Round 1 of Mornington Peninsula Shire's Community Grants program closes soon.
Through its Community Grants program, the Shire supports projects, programs and services that identify a community need and contributes to the building of stronger and more creative communities.
There are a number of grants community/non-for-profit groups can apply for before the closing deadline, Friday 16 August, including:
Creative Community Grants: Assist community groups and non-profits groups interested in initiating arts and cultural activities and programs with public outcomes.

Community Support Grants: Assist not-for-profit community groups by providing funding for a wide range of projects that contribute to improving the health and wellbeing of the community.
