The Kamilaroi Highway is closed in both directions between Walgett and Brewarrina due to flooding.
Motorists are advised to avoid flood-affected areas, and never drive through floodwaters.
As well, the Silver City Highway is closed in both directions between Broken Hill and Tibooburra.
The Cobb Highway is closed in both directions between Wilcannia and Ivanhoe.
North of Moree, the Carnarvon Highway is closed in both directions between Garah and Weemelah.
In addition to state managed roads, some local roads managed by councils are also affected.
