Mitchell Highway is open in Molong after being closed due to road surface damage following flooding earlier.
Canowindra Road in Canowindra is also open after being closed due to flooding.
Motorists are advised to avoid non-essential travel in flood-affected areas.
Motorists who need to travel are advised to take extreme care, and be prepared for conditions to change quickly.
In the central west and far west:
- The Newell Highway is closed between Forbes and Wyalong, and in Forbes between Wyndham Avenue and Lachlan Valley Way.
- Henry Parkes Way is closed between Condobolin and Bogan Gate.
- The Escort Way is closed between Forbes and Cudal.
- Henry Lawson Way is closed between Forbes and Grenfell.
- Lachlan Valley Way is closed in Forbes, as well as between Forbes and Jemalong, and between Gooloogong and Cowra.
- The Mid Western Highway is closed at Back Creek.
- The Mid Western Highway is closed at Erigolia, east of Rankin Springs.
- The Oxley Highway is closed in Warren.
- Kidman Way is closed at Nymagee, south of Cobar.
- The Kamilaroi Highway is closed in both directions between Narrabri and Wee Waa due to flooding.
- The Kamilaroi Highway is closed between Cryon and Walgett, as well as between Walgett and Bourke, and between Gunnedah and Boggabri.
In the Riverina and the south:
- Kidman Way is closed at Wallanthery
- The Sturt Highway is closed all vehicles just west of Hay.
- The Sturt Highway is closed between Collingullie and Darlington Point.
- The Sturt Highway is closed near Gum Creek, west of Darlington Point.
- The Newell Highway is closed between Jerilderie and Gillenbah.
- The Riverina Highway is closed at Coreen, north of Corowa.
- The Riverina Highway and Federation Way are closed between Hopefield and Urana.
In the state's north and north west:
- The Castlereagh Highway is closed to light vehicles between Montkeila Street and the Gwydir Highway in Walgett.
- The Gwydir Highway is closed on the eastern side of Collarenebri.
- The Cobb Highway is closed between Wilcannia and Booligal.
In addition to state managed roads, some local roads managed by councils may also be affected.
