Council is exhibiting a Planning Proposal and other supporting documentation for 172 Commercial Road, Vineyard (Lots 2 & 3 DP 229135) at www.yourhawkesbury-yoursay.com.au until Wednesday, 10 July 2024.
The objective of the Planning Proposal is to:
- amend the Hawkesbury Local Environmental Plan 2012 to allow a 'depot' and 'warehouse and distribution centre' as additional permitted uses with consent on the subject site
- limit the total gross floor area of the existing and new development within the subject site to a maximum of 8,000m2
- allow submission of development applications for future development of the subject site for the purposes of a 'depot' and 'warehouse distribution centre' to Council by 28 February 2027.
A hard copy of the Planning Proposal and other supporting documentation can also be viewed during the exhibition period at Council's Administration Building, 366 George Street, Windsor from 9am to 4pm.
