Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section have charged a 31-year-old man after a fatal crash in Lexia on Tuesday, 10 May 2022.
Around 6:50am, a mobile crane and a Freightliner tip truck collided at the intersection of Gnangara Road and Gaskell Road.
The driver of the mobile crane, a 49-year-old man, died from his injuries at the scene.
The 31-year-old male driver of the tip truck has been charged with Dangerous Driving Occasioning Death and is due to appear in Midland Magistrates Court on 31 May 2022.
