The Liberals have today released our First 100 Days Plan, as the first step in implementing our 2030 Strong Plan for Tasmania's Future.
"Our 2030 Strong Plan for Tasmania's Future is all about delivering on the things that matter most to Tasmanians right now, such as cost of living, health, and housing," the Premier said.
"Our First 100 Days Plan lays out how we will get about implementing the 2030 Strong Plan, immediately upon being sworn in.
"Following the new Cabinet being sworn in, Ministers will formally hand the 2030 Strong Plan document to their Departmental Heads, and establish clear KPIs for its delivery.
"Importantly, we will also restore quarterly reporting of progress against delivering the 2030 Strong Plan, so Tasmanians can clearly see the progress being made and hold us accountable for delivering.
"Additionally, in the first week we will establish the timetable for the return of Parliament so that we are able to deliver as soon as possible on those aspects of our Plan - such as Stamping Out Stamp Duty - which will require legislation to implement."
The Premier said that tomorrow's election is a critical choice for Tasmanians, and that Tasmanians should not assume that the Liberals will be re-elected.
"In 1989, Liberal Premier Robin Gray secured 47 per cent of the vote and 17 seats," the Premier said.
"But Labor did a deal with the Greens.
"And in 2010, they did again.
"So, let's not kid ourselves.
"Labor will absolutely do a deal with the Greens, the Lambies and whoever else they can find.
"So, I ask you to think about this:
"Don't risk sleepwalking back into a Labor-led minority government.
"Don't risk waking up on Sunday morning to a Coalition of Chaos.
"Don't risk our state going backwards.
"We have done a lot. There's more to do. There's a lot at risk.
"Vote Liberal 1 to 7 for the majority Liberal Government Tasmania needs."
