Library Donations EOI: Bayside

Bayside Council is inviting community groups to express their interest in receiving donations of pre-loved library books and other collection items.

As part of regular collection updates, Bayside Libraries donate books that no longer meet community demand or are deemed too damaged to keep. Council has established a formal process for registered community organisations, charities, and institutions to receive these books, with priority given to those serving the Bayside Local Government Area.

Community groups are encouraged to complete an online Expression of Interest form to request donations. Organisations can specify the genres of books they are interested in, including children's, young adult, adult fiction, adult non-fiction, and multicultural collections.

Eligible groups include registered organisations, charities, health and welfare organisations, educational and care institutions.
