Lighthouse Parade - Temporary Road Closure for Asphalt Works

As part of the Lighthouse Parade Upgrade, Ballina Shire Council will be laying asphalt pavement along a 500m stretch of Lighthouse Parade, East Ballina.

These works will be carried out on Tuesday 29 June 2021 from 7am to 5pm. This section of Lighthouse Parade will be closed to all traffic during this time.

Motorists will need to use Fenwick Drive as an alternate route and are encouraged to park along Fenwick Drive to access the eastern section of North Wall from the Marine Tower.

Motorists will be able to access the carpark off Compton Drive, near the Ballina Lighthouse and Lismore Surf Lifesaving Club, however please be aware that there will be increased activity in the area including heavy machinery for the nearby works.

Council thanks the community for their patience and understanding.

The Lighthouse Parade Upgrade is expected to be completed by the end of June 2021. For further information about this project visit ballina.nsw.gov.au/LighthouseParadeUpgrade
