The new Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport (WSI) is on track to open for domestic and international travellers, and freight by late 2026.
Over recent weeks, the department has hosted community information sessions in Penrith, Blacktown, Springwood, Luddenham, Horsley Park, Warragamba and Bringelly, to share information and hear feedback about flight paths and noise impacts from the airport.
During July and August, further community information sessions will be held in Blaxland, Liverpool, Windsor, Picton, St Marys, Katoomba and Mount Druitt.
