The then Secretary of State received a letter on 13 May 2024 from the Commissioners providing an update on progress on property since their March 2024 report.
In their update, they recommend that the Secretary of State confirms the move to a statutory Board, with appropriate terms of reference and strengthened Directions to the Authority on Property to cover the improvement required.
