Local Government Election Polling Stations

MidCoast Council

The NSW Electoral Commission has provided a list of local polling and pre-polling stations for the MidCoast Local Government Election to be held on Saturday 14 September.

"Voting in this election is compulsory, so it is important to plan ahead and consider which polling station you'll attend," said MidCoast Council General Manager, Adrian Panuccio.

The upcoming election will allow voters to choose the 11 Councillors who will make decisions for the MidCoast area over the next four years. Voting is one way you can have your say on Council's strategic direction.

The election candidates are responsible for informing the community of their views and policies. The administrative arm of Council cannot provide candidate information and must remain neutral throughout the election period.

Once candidates have been elected, they will form the new Council and undergo a comprehensive induction process to prepare them for their new role.
