A notorious ratbag from mainland Australia has been exposed as running Labor's social media in the election campaign.
Adisen Wright, who on social media describes himself as a "leftist" with "Free Palestine" in his TikTok handle, has featured in a number of "TasLaborTok" attack videos this campaign.
Mr Wright was also spotted at Labor's launch in Launceston last week.
Mr Wright rose to infamy in the 2022 Federal election campaign when he confronted then Prime Minister Scott Morrison at a private event, drawing condemnation from now Prime Minister Anthony Albanese:
'I have seen footage of it and I think that gentleman - I don't know who he was - his actions were entirely inappropriate,' he told reporters in Melbourne.
Mr Wright is also a committee member of the NSW Young Labor Left, who have publicly expressed extreme views, including labelling police as "food not friends".
"This is what you get with the Labor campaign being run out of the mainland, just like when they thought it was a good idea and cut to paste Daniel Andrews' and gut the Hydro", Deputy Premier Michael Ferguson said.
"It's totally unacceptable for a person like this to be running Labor's social media attack campaign.
"He should be put on the first plane back to the mainland.
