Last week, the Environmental Health team—Jack, Justin, Robbie, Nikky, Greg, Stuart, and Adam—set out on a mission to spruce up the neighborhoods around Gordon Nixon Avenue, Keith Moses Crescent, Rosco Turner Street, and Eric Kennedy Street. And, wow, did they deliver!
Together, they tackled a substantial clean-up operation that removed an impressive 1.72 tonnes of waste from our streets. It took five trailer loads, all diligently hauled to the Waste Management Centre, to clear both large stockpiles and the scattered rubbish from these areas.
The impact of their hard work was immediate and widely felt. As they cleared, sorted, and hauled, the positive feedback was overwhelming and truly highlighted the significance of the team's efforts. It's not every day that you hear so many heartfelt thanks for a job well done.
