Homicide Squad detectives have charged a 57-year-old man following the death of a woman in Traralgon last week, Victoria Police say.
A 57-year-old Glengarry woman was allegedly assaulted in Breed Street about 5.30pm on Monday 10 October.
She was taken to hospital where she died on Wednesday 13 October.
The Morwell man has been charged with one count of murder and will appear at the Morwell Magistrates’ Court this afternoon.
