A man has been charged following a house fire in the Shoalhaven yesterday, NSW Police say.
About 7pm yesterday, emergency services were called to Yalwal Street, Currarong, about 30km south east of Nowra, following reports of a house fire.
No-one was injured but the house was totally destroyed.
A 44-year-old man was arrested at the scene and was taken to Nowra Police Station.
He was charged with damage property by fire and refused bail to appear at Nowra Local Court today.
