A man has been charged with allegedly displaying a Nazi swastika outside a war memorial in Castle Hill yesterday.
About 7pm (Monday 24 February 2025), police were called to a war memorial on Wrights Road, Castle Hill, following reports a man was displaying a nazi symbol.
Officers attached to Castle Hill Police Area Command arrived to find a 31-year-old man with a Nazi swastika drawn on his chest.
He was arrested and taken to Castel Hill Police Station where he was charged with knowingly display by public act Nazi symbol without excuse.
The man was granted strict conditional bail to appear before Parramatta Local Court on Wednesday 19 March 2025.
