Man Charged With Drug Possession, Bail Breach in Rose Bay

A man is due in court tomorrow on charges of drug possession and breach of bail, after being arrested in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs this afternoon.

Officers attached to Eastern Suburbs Police Area Command commenced an investigation following an incident at a home on Old South Head Road, Vaucluse, on Saturday 14 September 2024.

Following inquiries, officers arrested a 52-year-old man about 2.30pm today (Monday 16 September 2024), at Rose Bay Police Station.

When police searched a vehicle nearby, they allegedly located prohibited drugs. These have been sent for further analysis.

The man was taken to Waverley Police Station and charged with breach of bail, and possess prohibited drug.

He was refused bail to appear at Waverley Local Court tomorrow (Tuesday 17 September 2024).
