Man Dies After Crash In Seven Hills

A man has died following a crash in Sydney's north west.

Shortly after 12am today (Thursday 14 November 2024), emergency services were called to Old Windsor Road, Seven Hills, following reports of a two-vehicle crash.

Officers attached to Blacktown Police Area Command arrived at the scene with initial inquiries indicating a man was outside of his car on the side of the road when a collision occurred.

Police officers rendered first aid but the man died at the scene.

The man is yet to be formally identified, however, is believed to be aged 28.

The 42-year-old driver of the other car was uninjured.

He was arrested and taken to Blacktown Police Station where he is assisting with inquiries.

A crime scene has been established and officers attached to Blacktown Police Area Command, with the assistance of the Crash Investigation Unit, are investigating the incident.

A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
