A man has died in hospital following a motorised scooter collision in St Albans on Thursday.
Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives have been told a man was riding the scooter along Arthur Street when it appears he collided with a vehicle about 4.40pm on 16 May.
The rider, a 45-year-old St Albans man, was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Sadly, the man died in hospital as a result of his injuries.
Investigations into the collision are ongoing and investigators will prepare a report for the coroner.
