A man has died following a collision in Mount Martha earlier this month.
Emergency services were called to reports a Lexus station wagon and a Suzuki sedan collided on Nepean Highway about 1.15pm on 9 January.
The driver of the Suzuki, an 88-year-old Safety Beach man, was taken to hospital where he died on 28 January.
The driver of the Lexus, a 73-year-old Mount Martha man, was taken to hospital for observation.
He stopped at the scene and assisted police with their enquiries.
