A man has died following a single-vehicle crash in Tamworth today.
About 10.10am (Thursday 25 July 2024), emergency services were called to Grant Street, Tamworth, following reports a car hit another car whilst it was parked stationary.
It's believed the driver – a man in his 80s – suffered a medical episode while driving.
Despite efforts of NSW Ambulance paramedics, the man died at the scene. He is yet to be formally identified.
Officers attached to Oxley Police District attended and will prepare a report for the Coroner.
