Homicide Squad detectives are investigating following a fatal assault in Wycheproof last night (30 August).
It is believed a man, aged in his 50s, may have been involved in a physical altercation at a sporting club on Broadway around 9.30pm.
Emergency services responded and attempted to revive the man but he has died at the scene.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are yet to be determined at this stage.
Police are currently speaking to a man in relation to the incident.
