A man has died following a single-vehicle crash in Bullengarook, near Gisborne, this afternoon, Victoria Police say.
Investigators believe the car was travelling north along Bacchus Marsh Road, near William Road, when a tree has fallen onto the car about 2pm.
The car has then left the road and crashed into another tree.
The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle died at the scene.
The road is currently blocked off to traffic and drivers are urged to avoid the area if possible.
Anyone who witnessed the crash is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
