Man dies following Prahran collision

A man has died in hospital following a two car collision in Prahran last month, Victoria Police say.

Investigators have been told a grey Mitsubishi utility was travelling east on Dandenong Road when it collided with a grey Citroen sedan which was travelling north on Williams Road about 1.30am on 11 June.

The driver and sole occupant of the Mitsubishi, a 26-year-old Shepparton man, was uninjured.

The driver of the Citroen, A 32-year-old Bentleigh woman, sustained minor injuries and was taken to hospital.

A 25-year-old man, who was a passenger in the Citroen, was taken to hospital with life threatening injuries where he later died on 4 July.

Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives continue to investigate the collision and anyone who witnessed the collision is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
