Police are investigating after a fatal motorcycle crash in the state’s Upper Hunter region, NSW Police say.
Just before 12.15pm on Wednesday 26 April 2017, emergency services were called New England Highway, Murrurundi, (about 40km from Scone) following reports a motorcycle had crashed.
A 61-year-old man was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics, but he died at the scene.
Officers attached to Hunter Valley Local Area Command, with assistance from Crash Investigation Unit, established a crime scene and commenced an investigation.
A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
