A man has died following a motorcycle crash in the state’s New England area, NSW Police say.
Just after 6pm on Friday 8 December 2017, a man was riding his motorcycle along Guyra Road, about 25km east of Tingha, when the vehicle left the road while negotiating a turn and collided with a number of trees.
The male rider, aged 55, was thrown from the vehicle.
Emergency services were called to the location, however the motorcyclist died at the scene.
Officers from Inverell Police Station are investigating the incident and will prepare a report for the information of the Coroner.
Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
