A man has serious facial injuries after he was hit in the face with a glass at a licensed club in Albury last night, NSW Police say.
Just after 11.30pm today, two men were at a registered club in Olive Street when they became involved in a disagreement.
It is alleged a 30-year-old man approached a 23-year-old man and struck him to the face with a glass he was holding. The impact caused large lacerations to his face.
The man was treated at the scene and taken to Albury Base Hospital and received sutures for his injuries.
Police arrived a short time later and established a crime scene.
Following inquiries police attended a house in Thurgoona and arrested the 30-year-old man.
He was taken to Albury Police Station and charged with reckless wounding.
He was granted conditional bail to appear in Albury Local Court on 2 May 2017.
