A man is in hospital after an alleged glassing in Dulwich Hill overnight, NSW Police say.
Just after midnight tomorrow, police were called to a licensed premises on Marrickville Road following reports of an assault.
Police have been told two men known to each other became involved in an altercation and one of the men has hit the second man with a glass, causing a laceration to his ear.
NSW Ambulance paramedics attended and treated the 20-year-old man and he was taken to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital for further treatment.
Officers from Marrickville Local Area Command are investigating the incident.
Inquiries are continuing.
Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
