A man has been airlifted to hospital after falling from a truck at a work place in Shoal Bay, near Port Stephens, NSW Police say.
Emergency services were called to a workplace on Rigney Street near the intersection of Tomaree Road about 8.15am today (Friday 16 February 2018)
They were told the 56-year-old man had been seriously injured when he fell from his truck.
He has been airlifted to John Hunter Hospital where he will receive treatment for a head injury.
Police from the Port Stephens Hunter Police District are continuing inquiries into the incident.
Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
