A man has died during a light aircraft crash in Redesdale this afternoon.
It is believed the pilot was flying over private property on Coliban Park Road when the aircraft crashed about 12.30pm.
The yet-to-be formally identified pilot died at the scene.
The pilot was the only occupant of the aircraft.
Police will prepare a report for the Coroner.
