A man has been rescued near Toora after his car went off a cliff overnight, Victoria Police say.
Emergency services personnel from Victoria Police, CFA, SES and Ambulance Victoria were able to retrieve the man from a gully off Silcocks Hill Road about 12.20pm.
The Welshpool man, who is aged in 40s, has been transported to hospital for treatment.
The man called triple zero (000) himself about 8.20am this morning after he came to about 100m down in the gully and told police the incident may have occurred about 11pm last night.
The vehicle is yet to be retrieved from the gully and there are no plans to remove it today.
