A man was seriously injured after a single car crash near Bathurst this morning.
About 7.45am (Sunday 7 July 2019), a Holden Astra was travelling south along Sofala Road at Peel, north of Bathurst.
The car has left the road, flipped and come to rest on the guard rail.
A 33-year-old man, who was the driver and sole occupant, was removed from the car by Police Rescue personnel.
He was airlifted from the scene to John Hunter Hospital. He is understood to be in a serious condition
